3/7/10 - Starting Cycle 5 with a whimper

A light workout today to get back into the swing after two weeks off:

15 mins rowing @ 3391 meters
Box squats @ 185 - 10x2 with 45 sec rest between sets
Partial deadlifts - 275x4x5

Had to stop there - good news about my diagnosis, not contagious. Bad news - either early stage pneumonia or a respiratory virus. Either way, knocked me down a notch or three on energy.

You must explain... I'll try to keep my laughter to a minimal, cause this sounds like something I've done before.

Ok.... so the 2 are not related.... the Hammy I did before tundra... still not totally better... The toe... I did Sunday.. long story short I was brewing a batch of beer... (NOT DRINKING ANYTHING!!!) and I went out on the deck to dump the grains into a raised planter bed... trying to use it for compost... BAREFOOT I might add and caught my liottle toe on the wheel of the bar-bq grille...

And here it is!!! http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=246369&l=a681d562cd&id=100000172824359

Wow that sounds almost as bad as having to walk to and from work today because my lovely fiancee took both sets of car keys with her.  After all that cardio I may have to throw in light weights.  Started my new Advanced McClain Plyometric training program today.  Probally will not be able to move tomorrow.

Ok, I've never hit my toe on something hard enough to break it. That looks bad.

Remember, I'm laughing at you not with you... I mean, with you at yourself, or, um, not laughing but snickering uncontrollably... uh, well, oh, never mind. Sorry to hear about your toe. I hope it heals up quickly for you.

Oh...  and John... My butt cheek is broken too...... besides the crack in them.. Shocked
