Yeah, I don't want to totally embarrass myself. I actually opened up my 101 Shot Put Drills book too. It'll be a good time for sure!

Remove neighbor's dog from garage. It ran in as my wife drove away this afternoon.

Clean up dog crap from the middle of my workout mats. 2 1/2 car garage, and the damn thing had to crap directly in the middle of my 10' X 8' workout mats. Angry

Change middle 2' X 2' mat section.

DB Bench SS (super set) Row
DB Front Raises SS Skull Crusher
DB Hammer Curl SS Kneeling DB Row
DB Arnold Fly's SS Lat Pull
Tricep Press SS 1 Arm Oly Bar Press
1/4 Crunches
Reverse Hypers

Does cleaning up dog crap count as a dead lift or a squat? Well, obviously it was a squat for the dog - but how does Rich account for it in his work out?

Still a little weak for any high volume workouts, so I thought I'd just do a PR attempt on dead lift today -

Prior PR - 12/5/09 - 385 lbs
Goal PR - 405
New PR - 435!

And, got 465 about 4" off the floor.

Pretty happy camper for a guy that could barely get a 225 DL off the ground in September.

IT WAS NOT THAT PRETTY!!! (It was one of those... "hey let me see what I can dream up to torture myself even further" ideas) I did almost like a WOB type movement... alternating hands... Pretty taxing to say the least.. Try it and let me know what you think!!
