I want the sheaf, cause I love to hear people complain! The Caber is always a crowd pleaser also.

I thouhgt I was the only one that liked the sheaf. I have to say if we do the sheaf it will be moved up 2 feet at time. and the sheaf will be a heavy one. It will be Pro weight.

A couple of the MASA guys have nicknamed me Sheaf Lite given the handle of my brother Bryan "Sheaf Daddy"!
20 or 25 pounder?

If we do sheaf.... I agree heavy and 2 ft intervals until 2 competitors are left.. I think Hall's standards would be ok for a heavy sheaf

Hall's standards will be perfect. We practice with an 18 lbs sheaf and can go over the 20 ft height which is the currant maximum height. If we go to a 20 or 25 lbs sheaf, we'll do just fine. 2 ft increments is good also. IMO we start at 12 ft and allow people to pass to their respective heights. But this is just my opinion and it is worth what you paid for it.

I like the idea of sheaf if we do it fast. 2 feet and heavy bag sounds perfect.

Depending on my staff for Beltane, and the availability of standards, we MAY have sheaf at Beltane this year. We shall see.
